Of all medical training facilities in Cameroon, only the Faculty of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (FMSB) offers a cycles of specialization. This training is offered to Cameroonians or foreign doctors, regardless of their administration of guardianship: Public Service, Ministry of defense and private sector. Access is by competition, the modalities are determined each year by an official document spouse of Ministries of Higher Education and Public Health. The number of doctors admitted in specialization is approximately 90 each year

Currently the 12 cycles of specialization and sub-specialization below are performed to the FMSB.
